Integration and Settlement Program

The Integration and Settlement Program provides services that facilitate the integration of newly arrived Francophone individuals or families in Toronto. By way of individual meetings, counselors accompany the newcomer in several ways:

• Information on finding accommodation
• Information on obtaining immigration status
• Follow-up of the immigration file
• Representation, interpretation and support in social services
• Assistance with obtaining the social insurance card, the health card and the Canadian child benefits
• Workshops on integration in Canada are offered free of charge.
