Health Status and Vaccination

Centre francophone du Grand Toronto provides a general health, physical, social, behavioral and nutritional check-up service for children aged 0 to 6 years.

An individual meeting with the child, accompanied by a parent or a nurse will allow you to know the general health status of your child.

Follow-up with appropriate stakeholders will be provided when needed.
