Our client located in Toronto is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist for a 10-month contract.

In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the HR department.
- Delivering various HR initiative
- Recruiting duties such as job creation, screening, interviewing and onboard
- Performance management and maintaining files
- Guiding and supporting internal employees
- Handling employee relations issues
- Maintaining employee’s files
- Participating in various HR functions
- Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluently bilingual in both French/English
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- College/University diploma in a related field
- Superior working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multi-tasks, self-directed and problem solving abilities are necessary
