Passages Program

Community support for people with chronic mental health problems

To help people suffering from severe on-going mental health problems to integrate better into their community, the Centre francophone offers individual long-term services to facilitate their everyday living. These services are intended to meet basic needs (food, housing, work) or specific one-time needs (medical, social services).

Tuesday evening social gatherings

Participants in the Passages Program can also meet every Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to enjoy different social activities. Films, presentations, various excursions are on the program that is organized by the participants themselves.

If you know a francophone who might benefit from the Passages Program, or if you wish more information, contact:

Simon Corneau, Mental Health Community Support Worker, 416-922-2672, Ext. 257.
