Settlement in French-Language Schools (PIDEF)

For newcomer families to Canada with school-aged children, the Centre francophone offers personalized support for students and their parents/guardians and facilitates their adaptation to Toronto’s two French-language school boards. It also assists families with understanding the requirements of the Ontario educational system.

We act as a link between the students/parents/guardians and the school staff, and we also offer group sessions on school adjustment and settlement.

To talk about your needs, contact:

Jean-Marie Nzoro Munoko, School Settlement Worker, 20 Lower Spadina, 416-203-1220, Ext. 242.
