Mental Health Counselling and Therapy
The Centre francophone de Toronto offers free and confidential counselling to people experiencing difficulty in their lives.
These one-on-one sessions with therapists give clients someone to listen to their needs and concerns, and to offer support and solutions for their challenges.
Therapy and mental health counselling services are offered to individuals, couples and families.
To learn more or to meet with a therapist, call us at 416-922-2672, ext. 417.
Mental Health: Passages program
The Centre francophone de Toronto offers community support for people with chronic mental health problems.
Clients can benefit from long-term, individual assistance by a community worker to ease their integration into the community, improve their daily lives (diet and nutrition, housing, work, etc.) or address their occasional needs (medical or social services, etc.).
Clients in the Passages program can also be found at social gatherings. Films, presentations, and various outings are part of the program established by participants.
If you know a Francophone who could benefit from the Passages program, or if you would like more information, call us at 416-922-2672, ext. 257.
